Presented by Credit Valley Conservation, Hungry Hollow SNAP program
Help Control the Spread of Invasive Species
Together we will be removing invasive species along the path in the Hungry Hollow Ravine. These invasive species are out competing beautiful native plants that wildlife depends on. This event is part of Hungry Hollow Sustainable Neighbourhood Action Plan (SNAP).
For your own safety, please dress for the weather, wear long pants, socks and closed-toed shoes.
Register for this event by Thursday, June 2, 2022.
Online registration and COVID-19 screening are required.
COVID-19 Participant Protocols and Guidelines
The well-being of our participants and staff is our top priority. We will do everything we can to ensure participants maintain physical distancing at our events. If this is not possible, staff and participants will be asked to wear a face covering. See all protocols and guidelines.
Pollinator Plant Giveaway
Attendees from the Hungry Hollow SNAP neighbourhood can sign up to receive free native pollinator-friendly plants that CVC staff will deliver and help plant. Check to see if you live in the neighbourhood using our Home Planting Property Look-up Map.
