SNAP Community Event and Tree Planting
Join CVC, the Town’s Hey Neighbour Pop-Up team and local environmental community groups for family-friendly interactive activities and a community tree planting event.
Get active in nature, meet your neighbours, grab some free native pollinator plants, bird strike prevention kits and enjoy a light lunch while supplies last!
Schedule of events
9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. – Drop-in games, activities, information and giveaways with community organizations
10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. – Tree Planting (Registration Required)
12:30 – 1:00 p.m. – Light lunch
Meet us by the playground at the park. The park entrance is located next to 57 West Branch Dr. Limited parking is available along West Branch Drive. Please consider carpooling, walking or wheeling to the event.
