Landscaping for Rain

  • Halton Hills Public Library 9 Church Street Halton Hills, ON, L7G 2A3 Canada (map)

We’ve had a lot of rain this summer. Learn how attractive, rain-ready native plant gardens can help manage rainwater on your property and keep your yard looking beautiful rain or shine.

This workshop includes a short two-minute walk (weather permitting) to see a home rain garden and practical demonstrations as well as examples of rain gardens, soakaways and more.

Attendees will take home resources, including a Greening Your Grounds workbook to help guide their own rain-ready landscape projects.

This event is hosted by Credit Valley Conservation.
